Shop InStore Styles
Feel free to email us to inquire about any products you see in our InStore Styles. We will ship any orders placed with us are processed and shipped within 2-3 days of being placed, except US Postal Service holidays. WE will let you know if the style is available and return all inquires within 24 hours. Marie & Z accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Amazon, and PayPal. Shopify processes all Marie & Z orders. If you place your order online, we do not have access to your payment information.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Marie & Z ships Priority Mail upgrade (1 to 3 days) for $9.95
Signature Confirmation is required on orders over the value of $100.00, as well as orders being sent to a name/address other than the card holder's name and billing address. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you but as a small retailer and as consumers ourselves, we take credit card fraud quite seriously and do our best to prevent it.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship internationally.
BACK ORDERS:
Because we are a specialty store, an “out of stock” order can happen at times. If this occurs, you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order with us.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Marie & Z will happily accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your shipment from us. But the tags must remain on the item.
Marie & Z products are new... In order to maintain that policy, items must be returned not worn or damaged. Return shipping is at customer's expense & our original shipping expense will not be refunded.
To ensure that you have a record of your return, please ship with Signature Confirmation and be sure to include a copy of your receipt. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking information.
If there are any mistakes to your order or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the arrival of your shipment. We will email you a PrePaid Return Shipping Label.
Once we can confirm your return is in transit back, your return/exchange will be shipped to you (at M/Z’s expense). Refunds are not issued on damaged goods, so we will be glad to reship your order.
MISSING PACKAGE:
If your package shows delivered and you still haven't received it, please contact your local post office to check the status of your package.
